MOKSAM Design Hotel Guiyang

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and my stay was fantastic. I was amazed the moment I stepped out of the elevator. The overall design is aesthetically pleasing and incredibly creative, creating an absolutely immersive atmosphere. It offers a truly immersive experience of Guizhou culture; the hallway feels like walking into a pristine canyon, with the carpet beneath your feet resembling a flowing stream. Every step reveals a scenic view, showcasing the region's unique aesthetics. The room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The service experience was an added bonus; the staff were incredibly responsive and reliable, always on hand to help and incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay was smooth and worry-free. This is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting the area!

The front desk staff (GS) was warm and attentive. It's a very new hotel, impeccably clean, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room was very comfortable. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely choose it again next time. Highly recommended!

This hotel stay was truly a great experience! First off, the location is super convenient, right outside a subway and bus station. The owner also sent detailed navigation instructions beforehand, which made finding the place a breeze – no detours at all. The room felt clean as soon as I walked in; the desk and bed were neat and tidy, and even the windowsills were dust-free. The toiletries provided were genuine and high quality, which was reassuring. Check-in was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

Service: The front desk guy was polite and attentive, and the lady was very gentle. Double Buffet Brunch: The breakfast had a wide variety, was plentiful, and beautifully presented. Overall, great value for money.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the ambiance is really great. My experience was fantastic, and all the staff members were incredibly enthusiastic. A special shout-out to their breakfast service, which runs until 1 PM, so even late risers can enjoy a fresh breakfast!

Double Brunch: The breakfast was ample and delicious. Room: The room was spacious and clean. Although it's in an apartment building, there's keycard access which makes it feel secure. Service: The service was excellent, and they even use robots to deliver items, which was very convenient.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Guiyang. The environment is pretty good, and the service is excellent. Although there was a mix-up with the room type during check-in, after we pointed it out, they proactively upgraded us to a suite. Both the suite and the 'Vic Wing' room had great soundproofing, so it was never noisy. More importantly, both my friend and I slept really well for the two nights we stayed, which is quite important to me. All the hotel staff we encountered were very helpful. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang.
