This hotel is a hidden gem that I keep coming back to! The hygiene control is top-notch; every corner is spotless and sparkling clean. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and attentive, providing thoughtful service without being intrusive. The decor is stylish and modern, perfectly catering to young people's tastes. It's a great choice whether you're traveling solo or with friends. I genuinely recommend it!

The room was spotless, I loved it! The projector for movies was a great touch and the picture quality was excellent. The staff were very patient and provided great service. It felt very homey staying at the hotel. We even got popcorn every day, which was perfect for binge-watching shows!

Highly recommend this hotel in Guiyang! The hotel's internet-famous spiral staircase is incredibly photogenic, and the views outside the window are stunning, with a vibrant and moving nightscape. As a trendy spot, you can also enjoy coffee during the day and drinks at night. The smart room experience is top-notch, and the service attitude is excellent. Highly recommended!

Hygiene: The shower still had packaging from a disposable shampoo, seemingly used by the previous guest, which hadn't been cleaned up. This could be verified with the previous guest. Facilities: I didn't choose the lowest-tier room, but the room space was very cramped. It looked to be about 2.8m x 6.5m, roughly 18 square meters, which is significantly smaller than the advertised 24-30 square meters. Because of this, the layout of the toilet and shower was very tight and small, not meeting the standards for a 4-diamond hotel. The curtains had issues; there was significant light leakage from both the top and bottom, making it impossible to sleep in late in the morning. After turning off the lights at night, a small red light on the fire sprinkler on the ceiling kept flashing, which could easily be misunderstood. Ambiance: There's a small bar on the first floor. The front desk gave us two craft beer experience vouchers. Although I don't drink, the evening atmosphere looked good. Ambiance: The soundproofing was terrible. Conversations from outside were clearly audible in the room. The door closer design was very problematic; doors slammed shut loudly. I was woken up multiple times in the middle of the night and early morning by the loud bang of other rooms closing their doors. When many guests were coming and going, the sound of doors closing was constant. Previously, I almost always chose to stay in chain hotels because they generally have high standardization and are less prone to issues. However, this was my first time visiting Guiyang, and I blindly chose this 4-diamond hotel, which presented quite a few problems. Facility-related issues accounted for a large portion of them. P.S. It's odd that the same hotel has two different names. I saw another name on [platform name - assumed, as ** is a placeholder], and the same hotel was significantly cheaper under that name.
