The hotel is quite new, clean, and hygienic. The only downside was the 1.2-meter bed which felt a bit small; my husband and kid were a bit cramped sharing it. The two beds couldn't be moved together, so families with children should keep this in mind – it might be better to book two rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and timely refills. They even offered to pack food to go for guests who were rushing to catch a train. The parking lot is located in a small alley next to the hotel. I'd recommend renting a sedan for easier access to the indoor parking. Our Haval H6 was too tall to fit inside. I didn't use the gym, but it looked very new from what I could see through the glass. The laundry room was a great perk, and the dryer was especially useful. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The service was also incredibly friendly; they even packed us two bags of chips when we checked out.

This hotel is perfect for business trips. It's located right in the city center at Pen Shui Chi, making transportation very convenient. It's also close to Minsheng Road Commercial Street, offering a wide variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and quiet, allowing for undisturbed work and rest. The facilities are well-maintained, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. The front desk staff are efficient and professional. Overall, the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again for future business trips here.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is great and it's quite new, perfect for a family trip. The only downside is that parking isn't ideal; it's down a slope behind the hotel. Despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet and I slept very well.

I traveled to Guizhou with my child this week and stayed at several hotels in different cities. This one was an absolute surprise and even better than some of the branded five-star hotels. The location is unbeatable, right opposite Wenchang Pavilion, which you can see from your room. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of options for dining and shopping. It's also an easy walk to Jiaxiu Tower. We visited during the off-peak season, but every time we took a taxi past Pen Shui Chi (Fountain Pool), there was some traffic. Compared to Pen Shui Chi, the traffic here is much better. The entire hotel's design and facilities are very new, and all the thoughtful details make for an excellent experience. The soundproofing, smart toilet, shower pressure, cleanliness, and breakfast were all fantastic. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the check-in time at the front desk. At all the other hotels, check-in took only 1 or 2 minutes, but here it took a while. When checking out, we had to wait for other guests to check in, and it took a long time for them to finish as well. Next time I visit Guiyang, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.

Atour has never let me down. I remember the first time I stayed at an Atour hotel, it was about 7 or 8 years ago, and back then, Atour and Hanting (All Seasons) felt pretty similar. Now, whenever we travel and there's an Atour, that's where we'll definitely stay. Every stay at Atour feels like an upgrade and an improvement. **Facilities:** Very user-friendly. There are almost no poorly designed features. My only suggestion for this particular hotel is to upgrade the shower equipment; it wasn't very good. **Service:** Impeccable, consistently excellent as always. **Environment:** It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. We're sensitive to noise, but it was genuinely peaceful at night for sleeping. **Hygiene:** Clean. I forgot to take photos, but it was exactly what you'd expect from an Atour hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Wenchang Pavilion, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to taxis. It's newly opened and very clean, maintaining Atour's consistent style. It's been the rainy season in Guizhou lately, and I had to change my itinerary by one day. Although Ctrip had confirmed the change, the front desk informed me their system couldn't process it. So, I had to cancel and rebook, which cost me an extra hundred yuan. The front desk staff upgraded my room and even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. Their service was excellent. For anyone traveling, especially if your plans are uncertain, I'd recommend booking one night at a time – it makes changes much easier to handle.

The bedding and pillows were super comfortable, I'm definitely a fan of Atour's pillows now. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Minsheng Road and Qingyun Market, with lots of food options nearby. Wenchang Pavilion is also right across the street, perfect for a little stroll.

The Atour 3.6 is even more comfortable than the Atour 4.0 in Changchun. The location is very convenient, close to Jiaxiu Tower, Wenchang Pavilion, and Minsheng Road!

The front desk staff, Xinyao and Xinyu, were very welcoming and helpful. There are many dining options nearby, the room's soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is very comfortable.
