Good hotel. Clean & service oriented. We were upgraded because as senior person, me & my wife, they didn't want us to use the staircase to our room. Thank you Vienna!!! 😀 🙏🏻

I stayed here 4 days for business purposes. The hotel location is very good in the new district near to the international expo center. The hotel was clean, only negatív thing the elevators always run very busy. Sometimes needed to wait 5-10 minutes. I recommend to stay here for business or holidah

The front desk service is enthusiastic and patiently explains nearby places to visit. Take the elevator to the room. The room is clean and tidy. The view from the window is great. It is worth staying. It is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation!

This hotel is an apartment building with a total of 22 floors and 3 elevators. The Vienna Hotel uses the upper floors. There are various apartments and hotels in the same building. It is very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs and you have to wait for a long time. Hygiene is also very poor. Even if the duvet cover provided in the deluxe view room has sticky hair, the torn duvet cover will be used by customers. Not to mention the torn duvet cover, the mosquitoes will not be replaced. I needed an ironing machine. I called the front desk at 8 o'clock, but it was not delivered at 8:40. Currently, this Vienna hotel is the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
