Guiyang Hotels with Airport pickup service

This is the nicest airport hotel ever! We would stay here even without its convenient location. You wouldn’t know it from the lobby, but the rooms are really comfortable. And it’s 2 minutes walking to the check-in counter (and McDonalds for surprisingly decent coffee). We shared the double room with window.

Environment; there are many hotels around the fountain, and I still recommend the Crystal Orange Hotel. Although it is located in a downtown area, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun; Facilities and hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. There is also a light orange fragrance that is refreshing, and the smart equipment has a sense of high-end. It is very suitable for lazy people; Hotel service: The smiling service of the front desk lady can make guests have a good check-in experience. She patiently checks in and solves guests' accommodation problems. It is quite nice👍I hope our hotel will keep its original intention and do better and better🌹

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

It's right by the road, easy to find. There are many places to eat downstairs, and it's within walking distance of Minsheng Road and Zhengxin Street. The service is good, and the room type was upgraded for free. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the key is that the dishes are replenished when they are out, which is very good, so you don't have to get up early and rush to eat. The house is clean and hygienic, and bottled mineral water and drinks are given every day (not ice dew, which is better than Qinhuangdao Shangri-La. I get angry when I think of this. A 5-star hotel gives me ice dew to drink, which is speechless). The bed is not soft or hard, and it is generally comfortable to live in. I will choose Licheng next time if I have the chance.

The Renaissance Hotel looks brand new because it was renovated in 2022 and has been well maintained. There is no sense of dirt in all places. The executive rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, and only the bath towels are changed every other day because they are environmentally friendly. The buffet restaurant in the morning is large, so there is no need to worry about the number of tables. There are many dishes and choices, but the Guizhou and Sichuan dishes account for a large proportion and are spicy, so there are fewer choices for foreign tourists. The executive floor has thoughtful service, and checking out in the executive lounge reduces a lot of trouble for guests. The lounge offers many dishes and drinks, and guests can eat and drink at their own convenience, which is suitable for leisure. The lounge service staff are considerate and diligent, quick-witted, and try their best to assist guests. Among them, Helen and YoYo left us a good impression. On the morning of August 26, I went to Qingyan Ancient Town. When I used Didi to call a car, I encountered obstacles. A young man from the hotel concierge desk (unfortunately I couldn’t get his name) came to help. He was not tired of repeatedly operating on the mobile phone and calling the local driver until the order was completed. The hotel is within walking distance of two subway stations. It doesn't cost much to take a taxi to Guiyang North Station. The location is quite advantageous. The air conditioning in the hotel rooms has never been up to standard. Even if it is set below 20 degrees, it rarely drops below 24 degrees. The maintenance technicians were called but could not really solve the problem. There is also a problem of stuffiness in the elevator.

This hotel is so unique, with a log-style design, great service, free snacks and fruits in the room, especially my favorite cola, and self-service coffee, milk tea and candy at the front desk, which is so thoughtful. The scenery at the front desk lobby is also very beautiful, recommended

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was my first time to travel to Guiyang. I was very satisfied with the first stop. The hotel was very considerate. After placing the order, they would contact me by phone to understand the arrival time and transportation method. They also sent me to the room after checking in at the hotel. They also introduced the use of the room air conditioner and projector very considerately. They were very enthusiastic. The location is also very good. It is very lively downstairs. There are many places to eat at night. They are all night market stalls, all of which are Guiyang specialty snacks. The sour soup beef and Yatou barbecue recommended by the hotel lady are very good. There will also be small rice dumplings with fermented rice and fresh fruits in the evening. The service is very thoughtful and attentive.

This hotel is perfect, the service is amazing thanks to Amber Feng and Lucy at the front desk. They were friendly and eager to help. The hotel is clean and super convenient being at the city center. Will always stay here when I am in Guiyang!
