I s the the best trip ever in my life everything is perfect the service the hotel the people they so nice food is delicious the area is cool I love it I will tell all my friends go to there thank you for everything 😊

Please heed advice listed here this place is not worth your time or money. Stayed 5 nights as a group with several families. Very expensive reservation for uncomfortable beds, itchy linens and subpar cleaning services. If that were the only issue the place would still be passable. Please see giant cockroach residing in our bathroom as well as dingy showerhead and damaged ceiling. Coin laundry is available if you can find a machine to use as the cleaning crews utilize machines to stock their carts and hang out in laundry room. Pool is very small and hot tub doesn't work so 'rebranded' as kiddie pool. Asked for cleaning services twice through the week no linens were exchanged no floors cleaned but bed was made and trash removed. Checkout time was 10am. At 9:45 we took our large suitcases out of the unit and planned to return and gather the rest of our belongings but by 9:51 the code to door had been changed and we were already locked out of unit. Luckily we were able to retrieve our things. There are a few positives. The view and location are excellent. However significant road noise all night long.

Booked one phoenix building this week to find out the pool was closed. Booked another building and was told the same after we were assured it was open. Never again

The pictures on the site is misleading. Both bathrooms need updated, the furniture in the living room is terrible. The cushions are shot. There is no support and very uncomfortable. The patio door to our balcony did not lock. I reported this and they did send someone over. Casey and Matt left us a note that said "the lock works, it is just hard". We know it was a hard lock but if they would have pulled on the door after they turned the lock, they would have seen that it doesn't lock and the door comes right open. Was not happy with this. For what we paid, I expected better. Now, the area it is in and the view from our balcony was great. The beach and ocean is right in front of you.

Room was clean but next time would definitely ask to a non handicap room. View was good. Staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again thank yiu

Room was not very clean and furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. We booked a room for 4 people. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the first night, they didn’t have bedding for it. No sheets or blankets.

It was adequate the view was obstructed by a business named Pink Pony Bar the lights were blocking view of stars.

The room was nice and clean. All newer appliances were in this unit. Very close walk to just about anything.

Room was absolutely filthy, dirty floor dirty furniture and the bed had hair all over it body hair like they’re never changed the sheets with stains on sheet
