The guest service at the desk was very good. The hotel lobby was clean and neat. The room was clean and neat. The pillows were not comfortable. The mattress had a sag that was settled in where the two people have been lying. No free coffee in the lobby. The coffee from the coffee maker in the room was pretty bad.

The hotel was nice and clean I was very satisfied with the hospitality from the front desk associates led by Erika. Tara, KarryAnn, and Chardi was always cheerful and friendly will definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers coming down to the Gulf Shores was definitely in a great location about 10 minutes to the beach depending on traffic.

I liked it because it was standard Courtyard property. What I didn’t like was the price compared to the age of the property. The room is over due a makeover. It needs every thing done the furniture to the light switch’s. The hinges on the doors had signs of rust. Not to be confused with clean. Everything is clean and tidy from the lobby and up into the room. Outdoors could use some work. Landscape is old and over grown. Pool area had potted dead plants. The pool was a nice view from my room. I wasn’t happy that the balcony door was all foggy in the inside of the glass. I would stay there agan just because it was clean.

As usual, Erika and her staff were friendly, attentive and something special!! A big shout out this time to Toshia at the front desk...more than just a hostess...she is a true FRIEND!
