Staybridge Suites Gulf Shores

This was a great experience! I would definitely book there again. Very clean, comfortable. Continental Breakfast was great with a wide variety to choice from. We stayed a few days as a family and loved it.

Smell like mold.

Upon check in, employee was reserved and not friendly. A couple of times, there was no dark roast coffee. My husband asked front desk employee twice but employee "forgot" to make more. Bartender ran out of blond beer during happy hour one evening. Monday, housekeeping didn't refresh room. Tuesday we were skipped again. I called front desk on Tuesday to inquire and was told housekeeping was busy. I asked what happened Monday and she didn't know. She said she'd talk to supervisor and our room received attention on Tuesday. When opening the curtains, I noticed that the wooden base below the air conditioner has collected a lot of dust and needs attention. Suggest removing all carpet as it collects debris and isn't vacuumed frequently.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Every family member had their own room. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and a den and kitchenette. Perfect for what we needed.

Room was great for price. Staff was fine. Room was next to stairwell, so that was problematic but acceptable. Breakfast buffet was ok. My problem revolves around 3 words: no hot water. Literally had to heat water on stove for a lukewarm bath.

Hotel review - staybridge, Gulf Shores We just completed a three-week stay at the staybridge in Gulf Shores. We have no complaints. We had a great stay. The staff was awesome. Special kudos go to Rebecca at the front desk, Gerald who was at the front desk and worked the socials. He was great. He certainly went above and beyond. He is really suited to work in a place such as staybridge. I can see him being in a management someday. Such a hard worker and pleasant personality. Tyson,who worked the socials and in the hotel was also awesome. You have great cleaning people. There is one lady who I don't know her name but she was had blondish brown hair and she had been there for 15 years or so. Ian, was also awesome and so polite and helpful. Carmen was also great and polite and helpful. They were ready to help you at the drop of a hat and do anything they could to make your stay pleasant. There were other staff members that were just wonderful but I don't know their names. Overall, you have a wonderful staff and they have great attitudes and work hard and make our stay there great. We want to come back next year and possibly for a longer time. All of our expectations were met. Breakfast was great. Dora was also awesome in preparing the breakfast and keeping it filled and clean. She had a wonderful sweet attitude. We also were happy to talk with the manager, Mitesh. He seemed very interested in what we had to say and in making things pleasant for the customers. Again, thank you so much everyone for your hard work and for the great stay we had at Staybridge in Gulf Shores. We’ll see you next year! Keep up the good work! Marti & John
