From the staff down to the cleanliness of the front lobby & the following hallways on each floor was excellent but once you go into the room it’s a different story. The bed was super uncomfortable it felt like no matter how many blankets or pillows you put on it you’ll never find the comfort this bed was supposed to provide and the roaches was in the hotel room so much I thought they had a key to the room as well they would come from cabinets, hallway from under the door, crawling on the ceiling, etc. I used a whole can of raid throughout my 10 day stay with them.

Convenient location for dining and shopping.
Room floor dirty, cockroaches. I bought some spray to defend myself. Front desk folks were great, friendly and as helpful as possible.

Rooms are clean and cheap, pretty ratty part of town but property is well fenced. Staff was GREAT!! Beds were pretty rough but all and all no regrets, good value for the mo ey

Roaches coming out walls and cabinets. Room filthy. Had to ask for a refund and find somewhere else to stay.

I called the 500 number to complain about all the dead ROACHES in the room and bathroom , I was instructed to go to the front to meet the night attendance up there. I spoke with her and she had the worst attitude!!! She told me that I could leave without my money back!! She would not place me in another room. Just pretty much stay in that nasty infested room. Not only was I there with the same complaint, 2 other guests as well. Trust I will be calling the corporate office. I'm sure they don't know there property is being ran like this. DONT STAY THERE!! ITS NASTY AND THEY KNOW IT.
