This Hotel was very dirty!! Plus at breakfast the serving utensils were dirty!!

We needed a place to stay for the night due to our car AC having issues. This was right off of IH10 and close to Auto Zone which we would need the next morning. Cruisin The Coast was happening and this was hotel with availabilty. This was our 3rd room. The first 2 had AC that did not work. The first 2 either didnt have a panel or buttons were missing. The front desk girl tried to tell me the humidity caused AC to not work. Did the humidity cause them to lose panels and buttons. LOL. The rooms were not cleaned. Door didnt properly lock so we placed our heavy suitcases next to it. The deadbolt was broken. The doors between rooms didnt lock so hotel out heavy desks between. There was a spider in the tub. Desk, microwave, nightstand and dresser were all sticky. Toilet tank didnt fit properly. Beds had stains. Rooms smelled so I went and got a Febreeze plug in. This hotel is not up to red roof standards so I sent corporate and email as well. I did ask for a refund before getting sent to my 3rd room HOWEVER I was told I could not get one. Do NOT stay here.

Room had a musty moldy smell. Had an issue with payment. Customer service was nice, but Management was rude and extremely unfriendly. I will never go here again. I would never recommend this place.

Disappointed
The room ac did not get cold..we had it turn all the way up on high fan and it still did not cool the room as it should have. The continental breakfast.....what breakfast ..no juice...only gallon jugs of milk...no meat....no biscuits....the fruits were old....and the only thing they had was bread for toast and bagels.....very disappointing

Better than most places it was actually cleaner then most hotels I was skeptical at first some man checked in and said his room was awful I think he just wanted his money back but I would stay here again

I didn’t stay after I check in the room. It was terrible experience. The room was nasty, smell like mold. Old and out dated furniture.

Roaches as soon as you walk in the door after the room had just been cleaned. The room also had a smell

I didnt like the fact that there were spiders on the pillows cases, and the room a bad smell. I also didnt like that the water wouldn't work in the shower. The ac also was not putting out on high.
