It was a one night stay and cold . There was no heat turned on in the room . Once we unpacked and turned the heat on and waited for an hour , I called the front desk . The maintenance guy came and was very polite and checked that surely the heat was broken . We were transferred to another room. . But it was all a hassle to pack everything again and move . I would think that the hotel staff knew about the broken heat system and should have never given us that room .

This place was a pleasant surprise. We had stayed in some bad hotels a few days in a row and this one turned out wonderful. The staff was amazing, the room was perfect and breakfast was lovely.

Carpet was wet from leak from room above. Had to put down towels by the bed to dry feet before getting in. Room smelled very musty. Teenagers checked into room above on second night and were jumping and running around nonstop. At 3:47am, I went to front desk and the front desk told them the room below was complaining about the noise. As we were loading up and leaving, the occupants of room above were in the hall outside our room giving dirty looks and I suppose trying unsuccessfully to intimidate us.

Customer service was good. They were friendly and inviting. However, the beds were not comfortable at all. They were hard. Cotton in the cover were knotted up into ball. Showers we not so clean. We did not stay the night. Left and rented another hotel.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrive we got stopped by a homeless man asking for cash and food. So made the hotel very unsafe he was walking around looking in cars. Went inside checked in we couldn’t even walk down our hall to our room without running over sheets house keeping was throwing out the rooms onto the floor. The door looked like it had been broken into. Our room had not been cleaned or vaccines. Cheetos on the floor, cigarette burn on the comforter, gum on the wall, blood stains all on the sheets. I went and ask the front desk for a new comforter and was given a mattress pad. It was the worst stay ever. And very unsafe.

There were roaches in our room. We have stayed at this property before and it was fine. They need to do better with cleaning.
