Stayed 1 night and had my my truck broken into literally right in front of the building! When making the report apparently this isn’t the 1st time! The GM didn’t even bother to come in and check the camera!

Booked a cheap room on *******. Called hotel last week to confirm I was set. Arrived and hotel refusing to honor the rate/trying to charge me the walk-in rate, in addition to what I already paid *******. This is bait-and-switch!!!!!!!! Have been trying to check in for two hours. Their parking lot is near empty so they have available rooms. It’s 10:30pm. Three calls to *******, they have called the hotel, and the hotel is still not budging!!! How is it appropriate to do this to guest?!?!

This is our second time staying. The staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond for you. However, the whole hotel stunk like burnt dr. pepper. I dont know if it was a cleaning product they used are an auto released air freshener but i wanted to hold my nose for the most part.
The bed is always super comfy and we didnt stay long enough to visit the pool this time. Just a quick overnight pit stop before heading home.

When we arrived at the hotel. Me and my family did check on the room, we noticed a stain (pee, etc) on the sofa bed mattress. We asked for it to get changed, they wouldn't do it claimed that ALL of the sofa bed mattresses looked like that. We asked for a mattress cover, we were told that they didn't have that size. At this point, we were fed up and decided to leave the property. Customer service ******, i wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy.
