The location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall. The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist. On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

We stayed for 3 nights in a short family vacation in Trabzon coming from Istanbul. We were greeted by the reception man and the nice bellman although we arrived very late. Check-in was very quick. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great (not included by default in room rate, but i recommend it). Staff working in the restaurant are smiling and responding very quickly. In short, i strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a business designed on the priorities of tourists. Rooms are wide and comfortable. Rooms looking at the road are very noisy because they are only on the side of the road. You are advised to ask for rooms looking at the sea side. I don't know (pay) that I'm not staying in the summer months but there is no room service in the winter months but they order dinner from nearby restaurants. Breakfast is not bad, there is no parking problem with the quality of the pay (in the winter months).

Mercure Trabzon Hotel, a hotel with beautiful views of the Black Sea, a modern hotel with a good location. On the right, you can go to Gevahir Shopping Complex by taxi 10 minutes, and to the north, Forum Shopping Complex, 15 minutes by taxi. Upon entering the hotel, you will find a beautiful and spacious reception hall with beautiful decor. I always like it when the general manager is successful, he knows how to manage the hotel, follows up on the customer's needs himself, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and receives the customer and asks him about his needs and the extent of comfort. The reception manager is wonderful and all the staff are wonderful, beautiful elegance, smiling, speaking English. I used the restaurant. They have a varied menu of food, it was delicious, and the way of cooking is really wonderful ,The dinner they have is delicious. hotel rooms; Wonderful, full-service, clean, spacious bathroom.
