Checked in at the Baia Bodrum Hotel on May 02/22 which is considered pre-season in the region.Registration was easy. the restaurant food was very good and staff -especially restaurant staff- was great.
On the second day, my wife had an accident and needed first aid trea**ent but they said that even there is a medical in the hotel, “the medical service has not started yet because the season has just started.”
Besides of many good points, another negative points are the disturbing smell coming from the toilets especially in windy weathers.
Also during our stay -probably because of the pre-season- we couldn’t have any entertainment and activities unfortunately.
In a nutshell, location is perfect , hotel is good but the points listed above needs to be improved.

First time in Bodrum.we came on holiday with friends.The hotel is simply wonderful.Thank you very much to Baia family.especially Ms. Gamze and Mr. Tolga from the animation team.Ms. Gamze took care of us with her positive energy every day.We couldn't do any activities with her during the day because she was in the mini club during the day.she was with the children during the day and with us in the evening. We always felt her smiling face and warmth.Thank you very much for your quality conversation.This hotel is unforgettable with the entertainment of the animation team, the delicious food and the view of the rooms.I'm sure I will come again.

The food is great.desserts are very delicious.all staff very friendly.especially animator Ms. Gamze is soft-spoken and noble.Mr. Tolga and the music are fun.the view from the room is great.the pool is very useful.thanks for everthingi will come again

Çok güzel bir tatildi. Otel çiçekler havası ve deniz harikaydı. Gözlemeleri yapan şengül hanım ve yemek bölümünde kebapları yapan baki bey mükemmel insanlar. Hayatımda yediğim en güzel gözlemeleri yedim:) Animasyon ekibindeki güzi ve slap kadar tatlı insanlar hiç bir otelde tanımamıştık Çok keyif aldığımız eğlenip hem de dinlendiğimiz bir tatil oldu Teşekkür ederiz

Very nice hotel.
Just 20 minutes to the center of Bodrum.
Did not like that you have limited choice of the buffet only.
No other restaurant just the buffet.

In general our stay in the hotel for one week was satisfying - beautiful location and friendly stuff.
But the rooms need to be renovated (very old and out-used) and unfortunately there was no hotel transfer included from and to the airport so we needed to organise it ourselves which was expensive (the hotel just recommended a very expansive private transfer instead of a taxi although we found out that the taxi was much cheaper.).
Besides, the cocktails were not prepared professionally so the stuff needs to be educated on that. Also, the food was not always fresh.
All in all, it was still a nice vacation in the hotel but there are some things that could be improved.

The rooms are outdated. Bathroom had stains all over.
Overall the number of staff in relations to the gust was not enough.

There was a problen abıut hotel in raining, one day of my stay was heavy rainning and there was a lot of water in hotel and elevators was not working
