Black shop! Black shop! Black shop!
I made a reservation a month ago, but when I arrived, I was not allowed to check in. I used the excuse that I didn't receive the order!
After calling the Korean police to come, I immediately gave the room card.
Strongly urge Ctrip to cancel its cooperation with this black shop!

Nobody at front desk until a lady (cleaning lady?) came down and called someone on the phone who directed her to check me in. The room was dusty and run down - nothing like in the pictures. The bed sheet and duvet had multiple stains. I had to get clean sheets myself from a linens cabinet in the hallway.

The rooms are pretty clean, and staying for two people a day is quite satisfying. Not bad to unwind. Public transportation from the motel location is also quite adequate. Even though the check-in was late, fortunately the receptionist wanted to help, it's just trying to improve the service even more, especially for customers who are not Korean (foreigners).
