The location was very central, unfortunately there were only 2 parking spaces, so the guests either blocked each other or had to look for parking spaces in the area. On Sunday these were free. The equipment is new, but some of it has not been fully thought out: next to the children's bunk bed there is a socket that you can plug into. Unfortunately there was no storage space in the new bathroom. The shower worked very well - not like other reviews criticized. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, it always smelled of cigarettes. What was most annoying, however, was that NO ONE was there. Only a telephone reception and a check-in machine. According to *******, check-in was possible from 2 p.m., and during the phone call in advance it was even said that it would also be possible before 2 p.m. When we arrived at 1:30 p.m., we were told that check-in would be at 3 p.m. and the phone call was with “a colleague.” But after 10 minutes the room was “already ready” and could be moved into. Since there is no one on site, the option to book “breakfast for €10” is no longer necessary - as stated by *******. Unfortunately, this was only mentioned during the phone call the day before. There are a few options for breakfast in cafes on site, but breakfast in the hotel was also a criterion for choosing this hotel. The information at ******* definitely needs to be revised!
