We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful mostly the *** from housekeeping and the porters. The Christmas vibe was amazing and everyone was always smiling. Breakfast was so flavourful overall ambience 10/10. Would recommend to everyone

Lovely welcome drinks + cookie which I never had in any property while Chek in

The hotel room look aged and the bedsheet have too much room to improve. And overall the room doesn’t look like a 5star hotel. Breakfast is good enough.

the hotel is very well located. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.
Only drawback is the hotel is slightly old and some of the walls and the facilities show that
