The front desk personnel have been super friendly. The rooms (we had 3) are all clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast is good and staff keeps it full and the area clean.

The loaction was great, however they did not plow the snow out of their lot at all (in the 2 days we were there)...and there was a blizzard with 8-10 inches of snow. It was difficult to walk in and out, especially with luggage. There were deep pools of slush.

Samantha provided great customer service and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone that's traveling and looking for a safe and convenient hotel. It is very close to six flags, if you're looking for a family vacation also.
