Hallway smelled like smoke. Water pressure was not the greatest. Bed was pretty hard as well. Overall the hotel was quiet and the tv was a good size.

There's no ice or trays in kitchen nor ice machine. No hangers for clothes, or coats. The water ddnt get hot.

Terrible staff . Terrible hotel . They have Charged my card and tooken out my money for a night I didn’t stay . Was told rooms were booked for the night (not available) and the hotel still took out what wasn’t there’s and I still haven’t received my money back !

The toilet had not been cleaned
There was crusty stuff on the wall
We have stayed her before with no issues. This time I was very grossed out. It was super late check in so we said f it and went to sleep. However, it was not cleaned at all or well. Enough. :(

By far, this was the single worst Hotel's experience I have had over a lot of years. The staff was not pleasant or helpful, the room was clean but sp****, the mattress uncomfortable and the toilet, was in need of flushing. I cannot recommend this place for anything but a makeover. Granted, everyone has a bad day once in a while, it was a nasty rainy evening, and a busy housekeeper might overlook one thing and I know how to flush but a tired traveler does not need such an experience.

My family and I stayed here for a week, when we got to the room we noticed they had only given us half a roll of toilet paper. We had to buy most of the necessities they were supposed to provide us with. We also asked new blankets because the ones they had were stained and they didn’t even give us that.

It's giving The Hills Have Eyes. This place completely gave me the creeps. Not so clean hallways, dogs everywhere one even pounced on my toddler, walls are paper thin, wifi is complete trash, people smoking, drinking, & partying right outside of the doors, and management was super strange. It's filled with a bunch of homeless people & they seemed to have formed a community w/ management included. Libertyville one is much better!

Floors both in the room & hallway were dirty, never cleaned during my 3 day stay. At least the bathroom was clean.
