bad experience.. fool in the name of activity and in buffet food variety is too less .. as saturday activity is mention nothing is there for activity and in sunday moring no yoga section and price the charge on activity with room... making fool

The property is located in a great location with easy access.The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The property offers stunning views and exceptional facilities including a pool, gaming area, and spa facilities. The food is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Ride on horse & chefs activities for kids were amazing. Welcome with 2 horses in front was also amazing experience and regional tunes on arrival was phenomenal. Khushi made my family very comfortable at Resort and my family enjoyed the stay. All staff was very courteous and friendly. Staff like Khushi is an asset for your lovely resort !! What a wonderful place steps away from Delhi central … well about 45 minutes which takes you into a Rajasthani oasis. Superb hospitality from start to finish including managing my allergens which such care and attention. Must visit Mama Miso restaurant. Unbelievable Asian cuisine. Very talented chefs as well as the Indian buffet restaurant. We also visited the spa which again was of high quality with skilled masseurs. I would like to thank Loren the spa manager and her team Kim, Sita, Lolo and Achui. We had quite a few sessions at the spa and came away so relaxed and ready for the big world! In the Front office special thanks to Phagun - very professional, hospitable and knowledgeable and thank you for providing us with great accommodation fit for a maharaja and maharani and also Abhishek and Kushbu. In the restaurants where we were looked after with great diligence due to my allergies I would like to thank Chef Tikaram - a genius chef and Sanjeev the Asst Restaurant Manager who provided world class service throughout our stay and during each breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner! Thanks also to his team Rajneesh, Sonu, Sachin, Jitendra, Kamalpreet and others. The Rajasthani folk singers were great each evening and encouraged requests as well as other artists who performed each evening. Overall a delightful place to unwind and hoping to be back soon.

The property and the hospitality is superb. The staff was very kind and respectful. All the meals were delicious especially Masala Dosa in breakfast was yummm. Staff even went out of their way to serve us light meal as my wife was not well. I don't remember the name of the staff at buffet restaurant but he made sure we got the light meal. Also, Safina at the reception was super kind to escort us to our room and click some beautiful pictures for our memories. As it was our first trip with our 4 month baby, it couldn't get better than this. Kudos to the complete staff of Heritage Manesar. It was a wonderful stay.

It's amazing stay. The property is very well versed with nature and it's beauty. Staff and service food all are very fabulous. I strongly recommend to visit this resort. It's really very good place to visit and spend time. One must visit. Overall very good experience

We recently spent a weekend at Heritage with our three young children, and it flew by in the blink of an eye! The resort kept the kids thoroughly engaged with a variety of activities that were perfect for their age group. As parents, it was such a relief to see them having so much fun while we could relax. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and children. The service was impeccable, and every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always eager to assist. The hospitality truly stood out, making our stay feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to return for another memorable weekend! Highly recommend Heritage for families looking for a relaxing, fun-filled getaway.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and ensured we had a wonderful experience. They ensured that they catered to all the requirements and proactively did various initiatives to make our experience memorable. Special appreciation to Mr.Sonu who was our butler who ensured everything was done smoothly and all requirements of our family were met. Well done and keep up the good work.

Nice property. Great upkeep. Excellent staff. Good food & activities. Enjoyed Thoroughly. Participated in activities. Singers wete nice with beautiful voice. Star gazing was new and could clearly see rings & moon of Saturn double star.

Good experience… and seamless arrangements made by Ms. Khushi!! The rooms were good and the arrangements that were requested were made without any hassles. Overall a nice experience and will look forward to visiting again and hosting parties at this venue
