Hotel Nakshatra

The hotel is charging exorbitant rates but the rooms are not up to mark The fridge in the room is of past century generations There are not enough illumination in the room breakfast is so Sofia every service we have to ask for The bathroom is most congested Both wort recommending for any one to stay here

Okay so overall it was a nice hotel no complain unless and until I found out that my 1000 rupees got missing, literally when we were out of the room for the whole day I kept my purse at the room and ig the room was kinda dirty so ,I guess the ***ager allowed or someone else did , to clean the room and unlock it w the master card ig someone who did clean it ,was a lady yes so according to my opinion if someone is out of there room you shouldn't enter it jus bc of the personal stuffs of the person who's staying there maybe money etc etc. , I'm not blaming it's exactly that lady but what if she's the one cz we aren't able to find my 1000 rupee when we reached home.

We booked this hotel through oyo. ***ager denied our booking and said cancel oyo booking and book with us at higher price. When we called oyo they said you have to show marriage certificate as here unmarried couples are not allowed. Who asked for marriage certificate for hotel booking. We are on a vacation. We didn't had marriage certificate there. So they cancelled our booking. Very disappointed with hotel ***agement.
