Excellent stay, Hygienic atmosphere, Delicious food, Courteous staff. Mr. Kamalesh in reception is very cordial. Rest rooms are very clean, High pressure hot water shower bath made a soothing experience. A mix of watermelon, Pineapple squeezing with lemon and toppi gs of salt and pepper, it's vera level. I liked the Baked fish very much. Extraordinary Ambience. Didn't have time to enjoy in swimming pool. Stayed 2 nights before Khaziranga trip and 1 night after shillong trip. I stayed here ***** with my Mom, wife and 11 year old son. The stay was fantastic with great ambience and welcoming staff. Room services and the restaurant was excellent and no room for complaint. Definitely a great place to stay in Guwahati and highly recommended.

Stay was super awesome. Special mention to Radhika Ji & Mathanphi Ji for the excellent service they provide at the front desk. Could not have been possible without the leadership of the ***ager as well. Great experience. Must recommend.

The room service was first class. Hotel itself was very beautiful and quiet. 24*7 constant room service. Very sweet and accommodative staff. Would 100% recommend to others.

Best part of this hotel is the restaurant. They serve really good food. Staffs in the restaurant are courteous. Rooms are big and clean but not properly maintained. There was leakage in shower. We got stuck in the elevator for almost half an hour. Also the front desk staffs are not that cooperative. Some of them get annoyed if you make requests to them for anything. This happened multiple times that I have asked something which they didn’t know so they said they will call me back but they never did. I have got comments from house keeping even for asking one extra towel.

We were6 ladies ,all senior citizens , we stayed in this beautiful hotel rathnamouli palace,once on our way to twang and again on our return. Every thing from the courteous staff to the clean rooms were beyond any complaints . The spread for breakfast was ample with the staff more than willing to serve . Special mention must be made of the dosa they served which even beat the ones served at top South Indian restaurants : In all it is one of the best places to stay in Gowhati

Comfortable bed and nice decor. The overall ambience was pleasant. Food in the restaurant was tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and relatives visiting Guwahati. Overall a good experience. Keep it up!
