Ridiculous service. Reception persons are simply inefficient. Was standing just to check-in for nearly 30 minutes. We were so tired. We came from Nashik. We started from 5am from Nashik and these people keep standing for 30 minutes just to check-in. Ridiculous service. And after coming to room. Luggage is also kept waiting. For God knows what problem they have.

Beautiful hotel and hotel service..... Quality of food healthy and fresh... coverall my experience was amazing and awesome....... Chef Parlad, Ankit and Dhan Ta***g all are very friendly.......... keep it up and all the very best........

Wonderful stayed and great hotel service..... Room also very comfortable and well maintained... Quality of food awesome and amazing.... The reign bar ' ambiance is very good ana food was mind blowing with the all the staffs are very helpfull and polite ,,,,specially thanks to Dhan ta***g , bar tender Sayan and bBenziemin and also the bar ***ager bulbul hussain..... I'll definitely visit soon and all the very best.

Didn’t expect such a service lag. Really disappointed by the front desk service. It’s really heartbreaking to see such a terrible room service. We waited 3 hrs for cutlery for dinner. We waited to 2 hrs for checkout and luggage service which never came

We came for Radisson Blu hotel guwahati such a wonderful place in city... Food was awesome and tasty also.... Staff like Dhan Ta***g,Sayan, Benjamin,Bulbul and Utpal all are very friendly and hardworking.. Thanks you all of you for lovely service and assist.

I ***y times visited to Radisson hotel Guwahati really great place in Guwahati city... Food also healthy and fresh over-all everything was perfect. Staff also friendly and helpful especially Dhan Ta***g,Kangkan,Si***ta and Utpal... Thanks for your lovely assistance and helpful.
