Wow amazing stay in arna residency , supportive staff and every staff of hotel is friendly, complimentary breakfast is simple but superb for vegetarians , daily house keeping is fantastic I really recommend this budget hotel

It's a good value for money hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. It's very near to nearest Ghat for u***anda temple. Location is not the best but not a big ISSUE. GOOD EXPERIENCE

Very basic but near n clean facility. Nice n spacious room. Clean toilet. Easy approach from Main road. Diglipokhri , an evening outing for snacks n walk around the park is just 1.5 km and quit walkable. Very basic cafeteria serving home like food but little expensive.

This was my first experience and it was a great journey. Whats i like - very nice and big clean room,🥰 parking space is huge,😃 The staff are very polite and friendly,😀 The beds are very comfortable,😪 TV channels also get almost everything,🤗 everything clean bathroom, room,😃 the food is also tasty (must try momo and chicken noodle🤤yummy).😌 Whats i dont like - food is very expensive😐, There is a very big parking but the bike has to stay in the sun and rain. There is no roof, It would have been better if you had made at least a roof, a little too far from main town. Otherwise everything is fine ❤️ I have spent two nights here very nice i will come again❤️

We stayed at this property for 1 Night and the experience was not satisfactory. We arrived in the room and found the bedsheets was stained with dirt, called them up and they agreed to change. So the housekeeping guy came in and he was putting a bedsheet which had holes in it in front of me, when I pointed that out he said ma'am this has come after laundry only. I was surprised to hear that but I asked him to bring a fresh clean bedsheets without any holes. After that, a decent bedsheets was put up. This whole process took around 20-25 minutes. Washroom was also not clean and was just ***ageable. They had forgotten to put complimentary water bottles in the room and also the room allocated was in just front of the restaurant. Lot of noise was coming even late in the night. Breakfast was limited but food was okay, they have ample parking space which is good and location is also very close to all the near by market.

Loved staying at Arna residency. Had ample car parking. Rooms were clean and spacious. And the WIFI was quite good and fast. The breakfast was minimal but quite good. Ideally located in paltan bazaar, with good access to restaurants and to visit other places of interest in Guwahati.

Hotel staffs are very kind and gentle, location of hotel is very nice, rooms are very spacious and clean.... morning breakfast is tasty and free....overall stay was great and peaceful .... I recommend this hotel for everyone

Great Service, Amazing Food, clean toilets, available amneties, fast room service, near to main road, market space and pantaloons, near to railway stations and bustand. nice parking space, nice waiting lobby.
