Not good hotel Renovation is undergoing Terrible bathroom

I stayed for one night here because it was near airport, but pathetic rooms with pathetic service and high price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL Pro: Near the airport (less than 5 mins) Cons: 1. The hotel is under renovation so you can see structures outside the hotel with a very narrow entry 2. The beds are very old with the springs bulging out and making the beds uneven 3. The pillows are in a very poor condition 4. We had booked one room with extra mattress and had paid for it, but we just got a mattress on floor and sheet on it, no blankets for the extra mattress. On asking for extra towel the service guy was denying it. I had to tell him that I have paid for extra mattress so I should get towel also. 5. Bathroom had some weird colored shampoo and handwash which you would not like to touch 6. The reception area was non-ac and very noisy as they had some overflow of water which went on for more than an hour. This led to the entry area getting wet and difficult to get in or out. 7. The AC was not very efficient and took a lot of time to cool the room. 8. Experiencing all this, this hotel did not deserve even half the price that I paid for it.

A home away from home.Very friendly staff.The front desk ***ager Mr.Jay was very gentle and helping in all possible ways.A staff Mr. Ananta das was very cordial and helpful in imparting knowledge for our upcoming ********* trip.Very neat and clean room and washroom.Food was awesome.Highly recommend for a stay over here.

3⭐️ Had a v late checkin. Checkin process was fast. Rooms v basic. Biggest advantage v close to Guwahati airport (almost walkable) Negatives: No hot water. Rooms aren’t clean but are big enough to accommodate extra bed etc. AC/fan working fine. Bathroom window curtain was broken. Breakfast v basic. Suppose to start at 7.30am but was not on time. There are ***y good hotels in Guwahati but this hotel being closer to airport has its benefits.

The staff was very accommodating and check in and check out were easy.

I chose this hotel because I just had to come in from the airport, shower, visit Kamakhya temple and fly back to Delhi. This hotel is right next to the airport but NOT a single person knows about it and there are no directions. There is tiny little lane into which just one car can enter and one CANNOT find this unless you look through a microscope. Anyway, buffet breakfast is served till 8:30 and if you come late, getting refills is a problem. The dining area is HOT There is no elevator. To go up. We went to our room unpacked and went to shower only to find there is no water - hot or cold water and everyone was CLUELESS. I had a return flight to take and I just went into another room to shower. Night mare. I told them to handle it as I had to shower before I leave for the airport. I called them when I was an hour away from the hotel on my way back from the temple and They said everything was working. And when I was back, there was no hot water. So, other than being close to airport, there is nothing else in this nigh**are called a hotel. I came to my room, to find hit water was

Overpriced basic hotel. No toiletries in washroom except soap dispensers. AC remote wasnt working. Only close to airport but there are ***y other options too in the vicinity. Was getting repeated mails for pre-payment inspite of sharing payment details over mail 10 days before checking in. Not recommended.

Our Team visited Guwahati for an Official Tour. Rooms are clean and nice. Food is having variety and good taste. All of us feel happy to choose this hotel for staying during our trip. All the staff were very kind enough to serve us. We appreciate the hospitality and the commi**ent of the hotel to serve better. Special to mention LAKHYA who is very polite, coperative and always helpful in attending guests and making logistics arrangements for meetings on a very short notice.

The closest hotel to airport in Guwahati with great amenities. I visited here for a short stay of two days, and I wanted to mention here that I am on wheelchair and I travelled alone , , before visiting I was quite scared but after came here I felt totally safe. Hospitality was very good, every staff member had a smile on his face all the time which gave me pleasure.Despite of adjacent airport ample silence was here. This stay game me enthusiasm to work with full energy in near future.
