Hotel rooms, bathroom, bathing water, bathroom kit, food, room service are very poor. Bathing water is coming like sewer water. I was call room service two times but they are not coming and solve my problem. After that my suggestion is this hotel is very poor and money waste hotel. I have to recommend that no any booked this hotel

They are very unprofessional. They even didn't ready the room. Already informed them about the time of arrival. Their process is very slow. Ac is not working properly. Room is smelly. Mosquito was there. Mattress was not good. Overall terrible stay.

This is average grade hotel. Grand is in only hotel name. Rooms are ok. Breakfast menu is limited. Service is average. Staff is lousy and most of the time are talking to each other loudly.

Hotel is situated nearby isbt. Breakfast was good. Hygiene level was very good. Overall it was value for money

The linens were dirty and pillow had lot of stains. Towels had to be asked for. The shower was broken and water was spraying around
