While i am booking a room, it shows room upgradation. But when i asked the hotel, they didn't upgrade my room. Room is too small.

Pictures shown for delux room were those of executive room. Bathroom was too small and hot water never came, even after continued running. Breakfast menu is constant, unchanging and boring. No electric cattle in rooms, so no tea can be made. Tea ordered was of local kind, not to the liking of everyone.

I book a room with double bed but did not get it, there is no space in the room to sit and do any work, no hot water pot, towel for 1 person but i book 2 person room, no soap no proper hygien

It was just awesome stay i never thought that we'll get that much of respect because before we already travel-led to ***y places but never got that respect like hotel rialto. No words to express my feelings in words just awesome and thank you so much hotel rialto staff, you all are just superbbb
