Royale de Casa

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the ***agement......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

Hotel is at a nice location. Room size / housekeeping is good & staff is quite courteous. Breakfast timing starts from 7-30. Hotel had packed breakfast for me due to early check out. Restaurant is closed at times, if booked for marriage parties. However, room service is ON & quality is food is good. Good hospitality & comfortable stay. Recommended for short stays.

Great location ,really pleasant and clean rooms ,but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.all of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Situated in posh area in the heart of Gwahati city. 8 floors with swimming pool and speciaus rooms. Need to improve on dining area and food quality. Buffet spread was of poor quality and dinner options were limited.peace full surroundings.

Dirtiest bathrooms, no information about locker operations, rude staff, unaccepted hospitality and extreme disturbance due to events and funcfions. Found cockroaches and ants inside the room. Because of bedbugs, we weren't able to get proper sleep. Even their email id are mentioned incorrect.

The hotel is at decent location . Has necessary facility / service needed for a tourist . Staff is cordial . Restaurant has a reasonable menu. Stayed for a day . Local market are some distance away . Very peaceful

I recently visited Hotel Royale de Casa for a family wedding.The hotel had a beautiful decor which gave a royal feel.The staff was courteous.They have neat and clean rooms with breathtaking view of Guwahati city.I also loved the buffet spread.Do book a stay here ,you will love it.The rooms have jacuzzi also.

I'm from WB and I fortunately happen to visit HOTEL Royale de CASA at Guwahati and the food was awesome + the service which I personally count when my 8 years daughter is present with me.! deserve the ambience!

Attended a family get together last month. Love the food and we really appreciated the service from the restaurant. They paid good attention to the requirements of the menu for the event. The dessert was exceptionally delicious! The hotel staff at the reception was also very cordial and they took great care of the service for the elderly during the event. I would also highly recommend stay at this hotel.
