Hotel Shoolin Grand

1. Great place, great room. 2. HK needs to work a little more in putting proper mini bar, as i got only few items but the items mentioned was plenty. 3. The night receptionist boy/FOA was very very helpful i forgot his name (would have really loved to mention his name, in blue shirt), he really helped us understanding that we were checking in at around 4 am as we couldn't find other hotels he helped us with rates and was very friendly and helpful. I even asked for an extension board as my phone chargers were not fitting, he responsed so quickly by getting one for me. 4. The food prices were on the higher side. Overall Great place to stay...

Excellent hotel with all basic amenities.. Location wise too the hotel is very convenient to stay as it lies in GS Road.. Staff is very helpful and cordial. Whenever you visit Guwahati do stay here !!

This is to bring in your notice, we had and requirement in the month of July for 1 single room and 20-25 pax banquet. Banquet team Bobby and Dik****a was very kind and very helpful . But today morning I spoke to Adiya your ***ager, he was too rude to talk to customer and and was too loud, no ***ners to talk to. I was just asking him that if he can help me with 1 email from banquet and rooms he was telling me it will not be possible and said how ***y rooms you want I said 1 than he said for 1 room we cannot do rate discount and wait I am getting a call will call you back. And he hung the call. Again when I called him I asked you are talking to me and suddenly you cut the call. Yes I got another call and that was important, when I was telling this is not the way he started raising his voice and when I asked can I get your GM number he said I am GM, I also told him I used to work in Hotel Industry this is not the way to talk to customer. I got reference from my colleague that Shoolin Grand is good if this is good than sorry we do not want that. I don't want to punish him he will realized his mistake but in customer service here is the worst . Hope you will rectify the mistake . All the best ADITYA and relax and work calmly that will help you to grow more.

The ***ager and most of the staff claim they don't speak English.... They was lacm of understanding because of the language barrier.. and the owner was unwelcoming and disrespectful at the end of our stay..

I had the best experience in Shoolin Grand. It was my wedding venue and everything was so smooth. Firstly, gorgeous location, great food and great event ***aging team. Heads up for the extraordinary ***ager Mr. Aditya Nayak who assisted us and made everything a cake walk. The entire staff was very helpful and cordial and made me and my guests feel very comfortable. I am grateful as I chose the best venue for my wedding i.e. the Shoolin Grand

Had an excellent Get Together of Assam Veterinarians on 9th January. TOPAZ room was selected. It was in the Second Floor. The Service provided was Excellent About 52 people enjoyed the gathering .With Live music from outside & good starters and food, it was a memorable experience 😋 Though valet parking is available, limited parking always becomes a problem.

I went to the restaurant and did not stay there. ***y of the items in the menu were not available, probably due to restricted working hours during Covid time. But lot of good hotels and restaurants resorted to separate menu for the period which was perhaps not there. A birthday party was also going on, service was slow. Food served was good though.

The Hotel is a cheat...I had a early morning check out, was overcharged for food items which I never ordered. Crooks, pathetic room service. Spoke to Shankar Ghosh, Exe-chef, who committed to refund the excess charged amount over WhatsApp but later backed out....wonder how they are still in business.

The worst ever service any hotel can provide .. 4 dead cockroaches inside the room, requested to look at twice but no response by hotel staff . Completely careless . Total unhygienic, would not suggest to spend even 1 night here.. pathetic hospitality
