Bellísimas instalaciones exteriores con una gran terraza con mesas y playa propia que hacen recordar a los hoteles all inclusive del caribe. Las habitaciones son normales, el colchón no es cómodo. Cena y desayuno tipo buffet variado. Tiene secador de pelo y caja de seguridad. El barrio es seguro pero no es bonito. Limpieza muy buena.

Check in ágil, con las llaves prontas al llegar se ahorra mucho tiempo en el proceso con el envío de copia de los pasaportes previamente al ir en grupo grande. Habitaciones cómodas, modernas, buena ducha. A metros de la playa. Muy buen restaurant buffet para la noche. Buen desayuno.

Me sacaron de arriba de la mesa la llave de la habitación. Seguramente por error. Me cobraron 10€. No me pareció amable. Seguramente un plástico no vale 10€. Nunca me pasó en ningún otro hotel. Ningún recibo me dieron. El hotel tiene linda vista linda playa. El colchón muy duro el baño correcto.

Las habitaciones del hotel son muy sencillas, tuvimos la mala suerte de que la nuestra daba a la parte trasera donde había una especie de zoo y toda la noche estaba cantando un gallo, con lo cual no pegamos ojo. El aire acondicionado no se nota mucho. Lo bueno es que está al lado de la playa y tiene piscina. El buffet muy básico y con poca variedad.

Aunque es un Hotel en remodelacion, nos toco una habitación que dejaba mucho que desear baño muy pequeño, esta en primera línea de playa, aunque se desmerece por la falta de limpieza de la misma, con muy poco esfuerzo podría mejorar uno de sus puntos más fuertes. Desayuno bueno

This is defintely NOT a 4 star hotel. In fact I would rate it a 2.5 star. The room was small and smelly. The floor of the room was full of dust. The airconditioner did not work. The bathroom was really bad. The bathtub with the shower was half the normal size bath. It had mould all around the corners. The toilet seat was stained yellow. The floor of the bathroom was dirty.

The hotel receptionist lady is so unfriendly yet she is the face of the hotel. We asked for Wifi passwords and they didn't work. We all had to go to reception for assistance and I tell you it was like we were asking for her soul. Terrible customer service. Then suppertime came, the restaurant team didn't have a table for us and they straight out told us to find our own place to sit. The hotel has great views and located next to a deer farm but you will not know unless you take a walk yourself. If you are a foreigner or not from Turkey please do not stay in this hotel. It will leave you with a horrible experience of the place.
