Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

2017 de en son kaldığım ama aklımdan hiç çıkmayan güzel Armistis otele bu haftasonu o karda kışta ve tipide zor da olsa ulaştık. Gerçekten o soğukta sıcacık karşılamaları ile hoşgeldin dediler. 301 ve 303 no.lu odalarda 2 çift olarak kaldık. misafirlerimiz de çok çok beğendiler oteli, odaları ve kahvaltıyı. Kahvaltı yine aklımda kaldığı gibi idi. Abartısız ama eksiksiz ve lezzetli. Odalar sıcak, temiz, sessiz. Bir güzel yanı da eğer şansınız var ise hemen kapıda park edebiliyorsunuz. Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .
