The hotel staff are rude, unprofessional & unethical, the hotel looks shady & dodgy, this hotel is really cramped & congested, the rooms are so teeny tiny, dirty & smelly, not just the rooms but the whole hotel is really filthy & unclean, the flooring, bedsheets, pillows & curtains have dirt stains all over them
