The stay at the property was quite comfortable, we stayed for only 4-5 hours but it was decent. Main thing was hotel was ready to checkin at 11pm. It was average clean.

We did not have a plan to stay in this hotel due it's locality but ended up staying here. We stayed for 2 days and it completely changed our perspective about the hotel. Especially the restaurant supervisor was very caring and was ensuring our needs were met with utmost love. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

The property was at a nice location. It was acceble to all major locations in the city. The staff was cooperative and well behaved. Hope to travel to gwalior again and prefer the same property.

Very heart warming and excellent service centre. Food is also have a good quality and greatest taste the staff was the wall so very helpful. They also provided extra mattress at no cost.

Right location for highway commuters, staff is professional, services were prompt. Overall, good stay with family for overnight shelter during long highway travels. The food(veg) was amazing and does deserve a special mention.

Food was not great and es-pensive for its quality. The main problem i had during my 2 stays in the hotel on different occassions was the hot water in the bathroom. It was very inconvenient to stay the least. I had to call reception with this issue, and they said that they are putting the geysor on and i will get hot water after 10 minutes, but i had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get hot water, which was very inconvenient at various times of the day

Lunch dinner is served in thali with limited manu and quantity. Breakfast is very average i with respect to quality and variety. Property is newly constructed but no wardrobe is provided. Behavior of receptionist is found unprofessional and reception area is not sufficient enough to handle 3-4 guest together location of the property is approximately 11 km from airport

Hotel staff was good, environment of sourroundings is really good, food also great provided to us, just need to improve the some little amenities like, providing slippers of the washroom and bath robe also
