1박 2일 광주 출장으로 호텔 검색 중, 청결한 호텔을 찾아 라마다플라자 충장호텔을 찾았다. 교통도 편리하고 프론트 친절하고 주차 편리, 무엇보다 객실을 들어서니 아주 깨끗 ^^ 성공~ 욕실도 아주 청결합니다.
자고 일어나니 상쾌합니다. 재방문 의사있어요.

밤 12시쯤 갑자기 하수구 냄새가 나서 프론트에 말해서 확인하고 방을 옮겨주었습니다
방을 옮기려 짐을 챙기다 머그컵 안을 보게 되었는데, 커피가 조금 남아있고 곰팡이가 껴 있었습니다
그래도 방을 옮겨주었기에 별 말없이 이동하고 잠을 잤는데
아침 7:20분에 콜이 옵니다.
너무 피곤해서 꿈인가 싶어 전화를 받지 않았고, 7:26분 사람이 방으로 찾아 왔습니다. 너무 놀라 무슨일이냐고 물어보니 확인차 왔다고 하며 돌아갔습니다. 잠결이라 무슨일인지 모르고 돌려 보냈는데.
퇴실때 한마디 하려 매니저를 불러달라고 하니 직원분이 무슨일때문에 그러냐고 물어보길래 그냥 시간이 없어 지난밤 이야기를 해주고 왜 아침에 전화하고 방에 찾아왔냐고 물었습니다
“아무도 그방에 투숙이 안되어 있는데 룸카드키가 꽂혀있는걸로 되 있어 확인차 그랬다며”
새벽근무자와 인수인계 안하셨냐 물어보니 못받았다고 죄송하다고 하는데 화가 많이 났지만 그냥 너무 피곤하고 시간이 없어 퇴실하고 나왔습니다.
별로인 경험이네요
