주말에 1박하였습니다.
우선 좋았던 점은, 보문관광단지내에 위치해서 주요 관광지로의 이동이 편하고 교통이 나쁘지않은 편입니다. 황룡원이 앞에 있어 산책하기 좋습니다.
시설은 연식이 있어보이고, 복도에 방향제인지 세정제인지를 뿌리는것 같은데 그게 에프킬라를 떠올리게 하는 이상한 향입니다. 다른 곳 리뷰에서 침구류 청결얘기를 봣었는데, 저희 방에도 침구에 까만 먼지같은게 묻어있었습니다. 아마도 세탁할 때 필터가 잘 안되나봅니다. 더럽단 생각은 안들었고, 저는 침구류는 딱히 청결에 문제가 있어보이진 않았고 보송보송하고 좋았습니다.
그것보다는 방음문제가 심각합니다.
봄철이라 그런지, 추억여행온 어르신들이 지근거리에 두세개 방을 배정받으신것 같은데, 초저녁부터 밤 12시가 되도록 복도에서 크게 얘기하고 방에서는 왁자지껄 얘기하고 뭘 하시는지 쿵쿵거리는데 발망치인지 뛰어다니는건지 온 방에 울릴만큼 진동이 전달되어서 미쳐버리는줄 알았습니다. 저희방 뿐만 아니라, 다른 방 분들도 리셉션에 여러차례 컴플레인 했나봐요. 호텔직원이 여러번 와서 얘기를 한다고 하긴 하는데, 뭐 그때만 잠깐이지 다시 시끄럽더라구요. 그리고 이분들 새벽잠도 없으신지 12시넘도록 시끄럽다가 좀 조용하다 싶더니 6시반부터 다시 말소리 들리고, 조심이라곤 1도 안하는지 복도부터 방까지 그냥 다 쩌렁쩌렁 울리네요. 정말 나는 그분들 사생활 알고 싶지 않은데 목소리는 또 어쩜 저리 크신건지, 차라리 어디 독채 펜션을 빌리시지, 호텔 전세내셨나 매너 정말, 호텔측도 이 정도로 옆방 컴플레인 심하면 올라와서 좀 계시다 내려가시지 정말 컴플레인 대처능력도 그닥입니다.
밤새 '여긴 호텔이 아니라 여관이다. 나는 수학여행 여관온거다' 생각하며 마음다스렸습니다.
온돌방은 애있는 집이 많을줄 알았는데, 어르신들이 더 선호하시는 방이었어요.
온돌방이라서 옆방 투숙객들이 그런분들이었을수도 있겠네요.
시설에 큰기대 안하시고, 또 나는 내가 목소리가 커서 민폐였으면 민폐였지 시끄러운거 상관없다는 분들이 가시면 만족하실지도요.

수영장 및 사우나가 유료시설입니다 우선 수영장은 회원전용 동네수영장이라고 생각하면 되요 여기서 회원이라고 칭하는 할머니가 회원전용아라든가 뭔 매너가 없다는 둥 불쾌한 참견하실때부터 그냥 나왓어야 햇어요 그래도 아이를 위해 참고 참앗죠 아이를 위한 구명조끼나 아이를 위한것도 없지만 뭐 그랴도 돈도 냇고 아아를 위해서 .. 직접 경험하심 무슨말인지 아실 듯 의외로 사우나 안에 잇는 바데풀이 커서 아이들 놀기 좋음(90센치 9500원) 그런데 이 사우나에서 문제가 발생햇어요 선불 결제 후 1시간넘게 기다렷는데 관리사가 뚱뚱하단 이유료 거부한거에요 이런 경우가 없어서 컴플레인 제기하니 호텔측이 외주업체라는 이유로 자기들은 사과외에 도와줄 방법이 없다고 정중하게 빠지더리구요
이젠 이 호텔에 외주업체인지 직원은 정직원이지도 확인해야 하나봐요 자꾸 그분이 불쾌해서 만나고 싶지도 않다는데 자꾸 억지로 사과 받으라고 하는지 모르겟어요 나만 상처 받고 트라우마 생겨서 이젠 밖을 돌아다닐 수 잇을지 남들이 나만 쳐다보는거 같고 겁나고 무서워서 집안에서 못나올 것 같아요 정신과 상담 받고 치료 받아야 할 것 같습니다
