It is located in the motel village behind Gyeongju Bus Terminal, and you can use Hwangridan-gil on foot.
It consists of two buildings, Soul-dong and Mate-dong, and we were guided to Mate-dong. Soul dong seems to be slightly more expensive than mate dong.
The rooms were not clean. Food spills and food had hardened on the table, and the room slippers provided were also reusable, leaving traces of food spills. They seem to manage only the basics of cleaning the room, such as changing bedding, cleaning the floor, and checking equipment.

ブティックホテルですが、連泊できました。
値段の割に部屋は広く、アメニティも揃っていました。高速バスターミナルのすぐそばで、観光案内所も近くにあり、観光するには非常に良い場所でした。
スタッフの方は韓国語しかできませんが、親切に対応してくださいました。
