MM221962****An absolutely fantastic trip, 10/10! The hotel is nestled in a tranquil valley, offering an excellent, secluded location with only just over twenty rooms – private yet stylish. The cleanliness was impeccable; the housekeepers did a thorough job, and the property is very well-maintained. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout. Opening the window revealed a small courtyard and lush greenery in the distance. The bathroom featured Villeroy & Boch fixtures and Acqua di Parma toiletries. The minibar was generously stocked, even with Voss water, and they were not stingy with it at all. The private hot spring's water temperature was perfect and very clean, and my child had a blast. The dining quality was superb. We were there during the hotel's 5th-anniversary celebration, so there was a discount, and the complimentary dishes and cake were excellent, with no corners cut. I highly recommend trying the fish head hotpot. Breakfast was exquisite and high-quality, featuring freshly squeezed juice, dry-tossed noodles, and five-spice beef – absolutely recommend! I must emphasize that the service was flawless. Our butler added us on WeChat a few days prior and was instantly responsive throughout our stay. I even left clothes and a kettle in a common area and never had to worry about them being lost. From the front desk staff and all common area service personnel to the hotel manager, everyone was incredibly professional and always had a smile on their face. Compared to the sometimes impersonal professionalism of some ultra-five-star hotels, the service here felt much more personal and genuinely caring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was worth it. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it would be in spring and autumn. I will definitely be back!

WWintend2015Before booking this resort, I honestly didn't know much about it. But when I mentioned it to friends, it turned out everyone knew it and had great things to say, which immediately raised my expectations. On the way there, the road leading up to the resort was quite dark and remote, making me a little nervous. However, the moment I stepped inside, all my worries disappeared. The environment is truly exceptional. Surrounded by mountains and tea plantations, the air is incredibly fresh, and lush greenery is everywhere. It's so quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service is also very attentive. There are always shuttle carts available within the resort, and even for a short walk of just a few minutes, the staff will proactively offer to drive you, making getting around completely hassle-free. The resort's facilities are also quite comprehensive, with a museum, hot springs, and restaurants, covering all basic needs. The hot springs are outdoors; while there aren't many pools, they are very comfortable to soak in. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of other dining options nearby; you'd probably have to drive about 10 kilometers to find a restaurant. Overall, its strengths lie in its tranquil environment, stunning scenery, and excellent service. It's ideal for quietly unwinding, enjoying the views, and having a leisurely vacation with a high level of comfort.

The 24-hour butler service is incredibly responsive, from guiding you through check-in to offering expert travel recommendations. From the environment and service to the dining, Banyan Tree Anji is simply impeccable. It's the perfect choice for escaping the city hustle and immersing yourself in nature and luxury. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this hidden bamboo sanctuary!

GGuest UserA perfect hotel for a relaxing family trip! 📍 **Environment** Perched halfway up the mountain, our room directly overlooked the tea plantations. It had rained a few days before we arrived, so the mist was swirling, and the air was filled with a refreshing scent of grass and trees – truly therapeutic. The entire hotel seamlessly blends with the natural forest. 🎉 **So many free activities, you can't do them all!** We stayed for two days and enjoyed all these without spending a dime: ✅ Lunch ✔️ Hot spring (so relaxing after a soak!) ✔️ Boating (a small wooden boat where you paddle yourself – such a great experience!) ✔️ Kids' club (both indoor and outdoor) ✔️ Petting zoo (the little ones loved it) ✔️ Gourd-shaped outdoor playground (digging in the sand was a favorite) ✔️ Hanfu photoshoot (didn't get to try it with the kids) ✔️ Tea picking and bamboo shoot digging (we came a bit too early, so it wasn't open yet, which was a shame. I recommend coming two weeks later.) 💯 **Service is exceptional!** Special thanks to Xiao Wu! He provided transportation throughout our stay, was always on call, and was incredibly patient with the kids. He promptly attended to all our needs. Finally, a minor point: when we booked, we were told bamboo shoot digging was available, but it wasn't open when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. It would be better if this information was clarified during booking.

GGuest UserHighly recommend Novotel Huzhou South Taihu Lake! The overall experience exceeds expectations and must give full marks. Special thanks to Josie, the duty manager, for his warm and caring service, efficient and smooth check-in, and carefully arranged the complimentary Taihu Lake cruise ship and the small train in the wetland park, the experience was directly full. The lake view room has a wide view, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, and the travel is convenient. Cruise boats to enjoy the lake, small trains to visit the wetland, the project is value-for-money and comfortable. The service is in place and the environment is comfortable. I will choose here next time I come to Huzhou. I really recommend it!

GGuest UserIt is beautiful! An oasis of peace! We really enjoyed it with our children! The houses are well equipped, beautiful and clean. The staff are very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast offers a delicious variety. In the afternoon there is fruit, cake and drinks for free. And in the evening you can either eat in the restaurant or order BBQ and enjoy your meal in the cosy outdoor dining area. Another positive point is that it doesn't feel overcrowded. You can really relax!

GRO Eric was warm and attentive, and the kids' club service was super reliable, keeping the little ones busy with crafts, games, and animal interactions. It really freed up parents to relax and enjoy their vacation. The rooms are clean and elegant, with beautiful tea mountain views right from the window. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh dishes that suit all ages. There's also a lawn, swimming pool, and various sports and entertainment activities, plus exciting evening performances. Both adults and children can have a blast! The environment, service, dining, and facilities are all impeccable. This place has definitely made it onto my list for a second visit – we'll be back!

HhbgraceDidn't know where to go for the weekend, and my pre-paid package was expiring at the end of March, so I booked Xiangyue Lake a night earlier. It definitely didn't disappoint! Most of them are individual log cabins, and they surprisingly all have microwaves, fridges, and sterilizers. The environment is also great, surrounded by bamboo forests. Many activities are free, and there was even a bonfire party on Saturday night, which the kids loved. The soft play area, though small, was quite clean. Two days felt a bit rushed; we didn't get a chance to try bamboo shoot digging since it's only an hour in the morning and afternoon. I loved the bicycles; the regular ones are free for two hours, which is more than enough to cycle around the whole area. I rode twice and even took my baby to see the horses. The horses at the equestrian club were completely different from the ponies I'd seen before; my baby absolutely loved them. Next time, I'll bring the elderly and stay an extra night so it's not so rushed.

GGuest UserFor work reasons, I chose Manwanhua. The environment was exceptional, and I felt like I was on vacation. The tea plantations and buildings coexist harmoniously, and the infinity pool, reflecting the Metasequoia trees, creates a modern, stylish atmosphere. The housekeeping was proactive, responsive, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the metal fence around the pool was a creative way to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the evening, the breeze blew, and gazing at the stars was a relaxing experience.

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!
