HHoliday MakerAston residence location wise is good very close to town easy access to food center by walking distance and entertainment center too. Room quite spacious and facility such as gym swimming pool and many more can be utilized. Simple self check in process.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

GGuest UserStayed at Biz Hotel for nights and it's solid value for money. Biggest win is the location - literally across the road from Nagoya Food Court with tons of food options and live music at night. Rooms are basic but clean, bed is comfy. Staff were polite and helpful

The hotel is far from the shopping center, but the hotel provides shuttle bus service, which is quite convenient.
Hotel lobby is magnificent, with many antiques and is great for taking photos.
The breakfast was delicious and the waiter service was great.
Overall, happy to stay in this hotel.

NNurshairahEnjoyed our stay alot. My mil who has limited walking finds the place comfortable too. Breakfast also never failed us. As the menu change variety daily👍 the Arab coffee is delicious too.

AAnonymous UserLocation a bit far to DBS shopping mall, had to a cab everytime to go out for food or shops. Facility in room is good, had all the utensil like microwave, refrigerator n coffee maker.
