房間比較小，但是勝在位置優越。晚上根據酒店前台的要求把車停在酒店旁邊，結果早上急着要走的時候發現被一輛掛RU牌的車子堵住了，酒店工作人員竟然表示不敢去叫客人下樓挪車，實在是無語。

位置很好，靠近小鎮的中心位置，水療服務要去外面的水療中心，沒有在酒店內部。不過通過酒店可以輕鬆的預約到服務。總體感覺非常滿意。

Nice, fresh hotel in the center. But the huge minus is that the hotel makes pseudo-suites out of standard rooms. There is a door between 2 standard rooms. Noise insulation, accordingly, zero. And if your neighbor likes to sleep with the TV on, then you will be forced to sleep like that too. Support yourself with your hands and feet if you are placed in such a room. And everything is very decent. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville, avec de très bonnes prestations : le Spa est à l’extérieur mais vraiment complet et luxueux
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre restaurant proche mais endroit très agréable et petit déjeuner très copieux : on a pas besoin de manger le midi 😉
Le personnel est gentil et professionnel et parle anglais
Les seuls soucis pour nous ont été les hurlements et aboiements des chiens dans la ville mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien ! La ville devrait faire quelque chose à ce sujet

Séjour extraordinaire. Petit-déjeuner complet et varié avec un vaste choix de produits sucrés et salés et des omelettes qui sont faites sur place à votre demande. Service irréprochable, propreté inégalée, emplacement idéal en plein cœur de la ville . merci à Eranuhi pour sa patience et à la gouvernante de sa réactivité. Spa juste au top.

Очень современный и уютный отель в самом центре города. Очень чистый и с очень внимательным обслуживанием. Благодаря персоналу и руководству наше пребывание в Гюмри делает наше пребывание очень впечатляющим. Надеюсь снова посетить его. Отличный спа, бассейн и персонал. Он находится не в здании отеля, всего в 3 минутах ходьбы.
