In terms of hygiene, I think it can be improved, such as carpets.
The location is really great, just across the street from Sun World, and there is a whole row of restaurants opposite.
When it comes to service, it all depends on the person. Not everyone does their best, some are just perfunctory, but some employees are very attentive.
In terms of facilities, I don't think there's anything to be picky about at this price. The room has a kitchen, a balcony and an unparalleled sea view.

The only plus point is that the hotel is in a central location with a panoramic view of the carnival fireworks, the rest of the carnival fireworks are extremely noisy, the bed is hard, the breakfast is lacking, checking in out takes an hour to queue, the holiday price is super high and not commensurate. with quality

I was assigned a room, but was assigned a room that had not been cleaned.
The front desk staff did not respond and handed over work to each other.

They told me to wait for check-out and they didn't show up first, so I went to see them an hour later and they told me they could.

It's great because it's centrally located.
It was also nice to be able to enjoy a variety of breakfast options as it was included.
The inside of the accommodation was clean and tidy, and instead, there was a festival at Bai Chay Beach when I went. I was doing the same thing, but the song was loud... or maybe there was no soundproofing...
It was a bit noisy.
Other than that, I was satisfied overall.
