Convenient location, near markets and dining areas. The reception hall is spacious, but using room spray scent, the hotel should replace it with lemongrass/lemongrass scent... to create a more comfortable feeling.

Hotel management is too weak. Customers choose the hotel thinking it's big and the best location in Ha Tien will be fine compared to the remote area, but will be disappointed! There are many other better options in Ha Tien

The view on the river and sunrise is priceless. My subjective opinion: The River Hotel deserves 4-star. We will be back. The City itself is not touristy. The markets smell for people not used to wet markets.

This 3 stars hotel is a little dated, has great view to the river, convenient locations to market and eateries.
We stayed (1 night) on the first floor facing river/main street. Therefore, noisy from about 6am. Bring ear plugs. Front desk staffs were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The location is TOP. Large bedroom with TV. Bathroom with bathtub. Clean sheets and linen. Bathroom to redo. Insufficient welcome products. Court circuit with the hair dryer. No more shower gel/shampoo cartridges in the dispenser, Safety box out of service. Average cleanliness on the walls. Average household. No top sheets, you are directly under the duvet. Big downsides: No catering during the day or evening and no breakfast service We were told a restaurant more than 900 meters from the hotel even though there is a quality offering nearby. The establishment did not inform us of this service interruption. However, looking at the photos, this establishment seems to be under maintenance. As for the swimming pool, it has not been working for a long time. Doors out of service in the corridors, Wifi box in the void… This hotel should be temporarily withdrawn until its complete recovery in hands. We have experienced this establishment several times in the past and it was very correct. Very big disappointment
