Ks vị trí thuận lợi, gần chợ và khu ăn uống. Sảnh tiếp đón rộng rải nhưng dùng mùi xịt phòng, khách sạn nên thay thế bằng hương cam xả/ chanh xả... để tạo cảm giác thoải mái hơn.

Doanh nghiệp quản lý khách sạn quá yếu kém. Khách hàng chọn khách sạn khi nghĩ là to và vị trí tốt nhất Hà Tiên chất lượng sẽ ổn so với địa phương vùng sâu, nhưng sẽ thất vọng! Có rất nhiều lựa chọn khác tốt hơn ở Hà Tiên

The view on the river and sunrise is priceless. My subjective opinion: The River Hotel deserves 4-star. We will be back. The City itself is not touristy. The markets smell for people not used to wet markets.

This 3 stars hotel is a little dated, has great view to the river, convenient locations to market and eateries.
We stayed (1 night) on the first floor facing river/main street. Therefore, noisy from about 6am. Bring ear plugs. Front desk staffs were extremely helpful and accommodating.

L'emplacement est TOP. Grande chambre avec TV .Salle de bains avec baignoire. Draps et linge propre. Salle de bains à refaire. produits d'accueil insuffisant.Cour circuit avec le sèche cheveux. Plus de cartouches de gel douche/shampoings dans le distributeur ,Safety box hors service. Propreté moyenne sur les murs. Ménage moyen. Pas de draps de dessus, vous êtes directement sous la couette. Gros points noirs: Aucune restauration de jour comme le soir et aucun service de petit déjeuner On nous indique un restaurant à plus de 900 mètres de l'hôtel alors qu'il y a une offre de qualité à proximité. L'établissement ne nous a pas informé de cet arrêt de service. Hors, au vu des photos, cet établissement semble en maintenance.Quand à la piscine celle ci ne fonctionne plus depuis longtemps.Portes hors services dans les couloirs, boîtier Wifi dans le vide… Cet hôtel devrait être retiré provisoirement jusqu'à sa complète reprise en mains. Nous avons connu cet établissement à plusieurs reprises dans le passé et il était très correct. Très grosse déception
