There was no hot water in room 301 to take a shower, it was just like warm. Also when opening the room door, somebody would see the main bed from the lift, which is not appropriate. Everything else was great, especially the nice breakfast.

Ich bin seit fast 20 Jahren Gast in diesem Haus. Die Übernahme durch Best Western hat die Preise erhöht, das folgt allerdings dem allgemeinen Trend. Das Hotel liegt zentral und recht ruhig am Neuen Markt. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert, manche Bäder stehen wohl noch aus (so eins hatte ich diesmal). Ich würde mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Buchung wünschen. Ich hatte im Haus gegenüber gebucht und sollte ein Zimmer im 3. Stock bekommen, wobei man mir beiläufig mitteilte, der Aufzug sei defekt. Nach Protest, gab man mir dann doch ein Zimmer im 1. Stock. Da der Aufzug erneuert wird und schon länger außer Betrieb ist, hätte man diese Information durchaus bei der Buchung mitteilen können und mir entweder eine Preisreduktion oder ein Zimmer im Haupthaus anbieten können. Hier fehlt eine gastorientierte Flexibilität.

Hotellet ligger i en hyggelig lille by med spisesteder og små butikker omkring.
Personalet var utrolig servicemindet og hjalp blandt andet med valg af spisested.
Hotellet var fint - vi boede i hovedbygningen og havde et skønt værelse. Pool området var også dejligt. Alt i alt var det en rigtig skøn oplevelse og vi kommer gerne igen.

Lovely pool, great staff, nice breakfast. Worth noting they don't cater for evening meals but there are plenty of restaurants in the local area.

A fantastic hotel, so good that we booked two extra days because we didn't want to leave. We booked a familyroom that had a private sauna, the bed was amazing and so was the sofa bed.
The cleaning was perfect in the room and in the rest of the hotel and the staff was so nice and helpful.
