There was no hot water in room 301 to take a shower, it was just like warm. Also when opening the room door, somebody would see the main bed from the lift, which is not appropriate. Everything else was great, especially the nice breakfast.

Grandioses sehr frisches Frühstück, die Auswahl an verschiedenen frischen Brötchen, leckeres Rührei und alles weitere war echt ein Highlight. Großes Lob an alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeiter von der Reinigung bis zur Führungskraft. Selten haben wir so zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter erlebt und wir sind ständig in Hotels unterwegs. Wir haben ein Fotoshooting mit Models in einem extra für uns vorbereiteten Raum gemacht und waren mehr als begeistert. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und wir hatten permanent eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin/ Ansprechpartner👍

Très movaise expérience ! À l'arrivée on nous demande un supplément de 15 euro par chambre (5 chambres) ! On nous explique où ce trouve les petit dj. On été 9 personnes mai on allait pas tous prendre un petit dj les matin. Arrivé au petit dj on nous demande le numéro de chambre ce qui est normal. Mai d'office ils nous facture 2 petit dj. Donc à la fin on nous vole 5 petit dj (5 x 23 euro ! ) et on nous explique qu'il fallait annuler à l'avance ceux qui prenez pas ! Après ma chambre n'a pas été nettoier une seule fois sur 4 jour ! Le sauna en panne 1 jour sur les 4, et la cabine infrarouge fonctionnait pas du tout. Et le personnelle en vue des petit dj très désagréable. Une chaîne d'hôtel qu'on fréquentera plus jamais !

Groupe d amis on avais réservés des chambres doubles. A notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous signale qu il y a 2 sortes de chambres doubles et comme nous n étions pas des couples il nous fallait des lits qui se séparent. Donc 15 euros de supplément par personne des le départ. Bien sûr personne n en avais parlé lors de la réservation. Ensuite on nous explique que le petit dej a 21 euros n est pas compris mais que chaque petit dej pris sera pointé par un employé chaque matin et payé en fin de séjour. Lors du départ on nous réclame l argent avant de nous donner la facture détaillée. Bien sûr on paye sans se méfier. Ensuite on constate que tous les petits dej ont été facturés alors que plusieurs n ont pas été pris. Et la on refuse fermement de nous rembourser en nous expliquant que c est nous qui devions signaler chaque fois que nous ne prenions pas de petit dej. Bref personnel malhonnête et totalement indigne d un best western 4 étoiles.
