We needed a room to stay the night before our flight, as we didn´t want to risk getting to the airport late (trains were having some delays/cancellations and Schiphol in general was very busy during our time of travel). We chose this hotel as it looked comfy, had a great price and they offered an early breakfast, which was great! Check in was easy, hassle free and their staff really speaks several languages. We were checked in by Will who was so kind and helpful. We were checked in in no time and on our way up to our room. The rooms are GREAT! Honestly, for 113 EUR we had a spacious bed, the room had double windows so you heard absolutely NOTHING from the airport, flights, etc. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower had great water pressure. There was some complimentary fruit on the small desk as you walked in, which was a great touch. The elevator up to the room is protected, if you do not have a room key, you cannot get into the elevator. Nice touch to make you feel safe. In addition to the breakfast we also had a complimentary glass of prosecco included. Nice touch! Bar staff was friendly (Angel attended us), menu for food was great too and really reasonably priced. Breakfast was available from 5:30am onwards. Great options of types of bread, spreads and hot options such as hotcakes, hash browns, etc. Free shuttles run every 30-40min from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great hotel prior to an early flight!

The room was very clean. At the time of check-in, I will explain the use of this membership card to a membership card before giving the room card. I think the order can be better. It means that the card is also the room card at the same time. I have been telling the counter staff that I don’t understand English. I have been laughing all the time and then asked me where I came from. It’s really... very much, people who don’t really understand English dare to take one child with eight consecutive European countries. He also asked the counter to let him check in first, which is very rude. In addition, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 40 minutes, and you can take the train from the airport to the city. Not very convenient, but because the city accommodation is much more expensive, so many people stay at the hotel near the airport. At the airport, you can see a bunch of people waiting for the shuttle bus of each hotel. The price/performance ratio is quite good. However, a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid when checking in.

We stayed here for 10 days and felt extremely comfortable! We liked the fact that we were not confined to our room. We had access to the common spaces like the lounge area which is huge. We enjoyed using the gym and pool table. The washing m/c and drier were an added benefit. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful - Melanie and Daniel in particular. DO NOT STAY HERE, there are many reasons this hotel is terrible, such as stains on towels and sheets and very thin walls (you can hear EVERYTHING). But the main reason is that when we showered our hotel room flooded, I had a shower late at night and there was abit of water on the bathroom floor as it was around 2 am in the morning I left it then my friend had a shower in the morning and the whole floor flooded getting all are stuff on the floor wet. 5 mins after my friend got out the shower the staff stormed in to our room and started shouting at us. We trued to explain to them what happened and they just didn’t listen. Then they told us to leave so they could clean so we did, about an hour later they called us and told us to get our stuff and leave (they were kicking us out) even though we still had another night we paid for. They still haven’t given us our money. We will be taking this further as what they’ve done is illegal. Trust me don’t not stay here unless you want rude staff and horrible conditions. Also it’s a 2 hour and 30 minute walk to the town centre and a 30 minute walk to the closest bus stop.

Excellent service. A bit of a hike from the bus station. Be careful at night; you may be tempted to cut across the grass. However, there is a body of water and s fence! Walk all the way around to the entrance to the parking lot. We got in very late, and they had everything ready and waiting for ya. Nice place. Great photography on walls, well stocked with coffee, etc. Also has an airport shuttle. First driver was very nice, when we transferred to the large shuttle we had a mean and rude driver who actually yelled at two older patrons to “speak English!” Which was surprising since we were in Amsterdam...

We took the free shuttle bus from the airport which took us to just down the road from the hotel, a quick150m walk. Very nice, helpful and smiling staff. We had two rooms, both were very clean and with a fresh smell, with lovely, comfortable beds. Nice bar and breakfast area, with great coffee and tasty breakfast.. Thank you for our stay, it set a great start to our first visit in the Netherlands! We would definately choose you again :-). As for some comments I have read on the view to the back: our room was to the back, very nice and quiet (no noise from planes at all) and as for the view, I liked how you have set out some plants in the back pathway, it looked tidy and nice enough.
