衞生差，牆角遺有烤串桿。房間異味重。前台接待人員服務態度有待提高。

衞生環境很差，有很重的異味。裏面沒有暖氣，凍的要死。熱水也沒有。昨天洗了個澡，住了一晚，今天都感冒了。這是我住過最差的酒店。服務態度也很惡劣。
