Hotel is located in a tranquil spot next to a lake Food is wonderful with a curated buffet service offering a wide selection of local cuisine .

My booking was for 3 Double Deluxe King beds with lake views rooms, and I'm not happy because:
The rooms I booked were not the ones I got it. They told me the pictures were wrong, but they are still on the website, so be sure you finally get the rooms you booked.
Only 1 of the 3 rooms had lake views, the other 2 rooms were not lake views.
TV didn't work in one of the rooms.
All the 3 rooms need improvement.
I attached the picture of the room it was supposed I got it, but I didn't.
I contacted with reception desk 24 hours of arrival day asking for safari prices and they answered me one day after at 21 pm, so if you stay only for 1 or 2 days, this is a really late answer.
So be sure when you book and paid for the Deluxe lake view room is the correct one.
For other hand, the breakfast amd dinner menu are plenty od good and different choices of food.

Cinnamon Lodge Habarana is a peaceful, nature-filled hotel with a beautiful garden setting and a relaxing lake nearby. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food is tasty with a good variety of Sri Lankan and international dishes, and the large pool and open green spaces create a calm resort atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding after visiting nearby sites like Sigiriya and Dambulla

🍃This resort boasts a fantastic environment, nestled in the rainforest. After the rain, the hotel exudes a lush, verdant atmosphere.
🍃Wearing flip-flops and carrying an umbrella, strolling amidst the fragrant grass and lush greenery, you feel a sense of belonging to this verdant wonderland.
🍃The interior facilities are somewhat dated, but it doesn't detract from the experience. Excellent value for money.

Worst hotel stay ever! I booked a twin room, but they told me that two beds pushed together would make a twin. Then they gave me an extra bed. I said it said two beds were 1.3-1.5 meters long, but the waiter had the audacity to claim that each bed would be 1.3 meters long. How could that be possible? They measured me and found me only 0.9 meters long, but they refused to change the room. The wifi card they gave me at check-in didn't connect. They didn't tell me when breakfast was, and it had already been collected when I arrived. They claim it's a famous brand hotel, but the service is completely lacking.
