The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful even they don’t speak English very well. There were plenty of amenities and they provided premium skincare products. The hotel location was extremely convenient accessible inside the train station and it was quiet.

東日本パスを使って、奥入瀬や陸奥湊での朝市に行くためにホテルを探していたが満室続きで、なんとか空きを見つけて予約できたホテル。 駅直結で便利ですが、駅の周辺は飲食店の選択肢もあまりなく、新幹線がある駅にしてはさびれた感じです。 夕方チェックインした時は空いていて、がらんとしていましたが、夜20時頃にはチェックインする人が行列していました。（フロントは二人体制） 翌朝、朝市に行った後に朝食会場へ。 8時半頃だったので空いていると思いきや、意外と混んでいて、バイキング式でおかずを取るスペースがとても狭く、人が多いとなおさら勝手が悪い。 人手不足かスタッフも二人しかおらず、まわってないようで、私が入った時はおかずを取るお皿もなかったり、ご飯も残り少ししかなく、おかずも追加されてなかったりな状態でした。 テーブル数も部屋数からしたら少なそうで、朝一番に食べに来たら大混雑なのでは？ 他の方も書いておられましたが、おかずの種類も少なく、宿泊に朝食がついているならまだしも、わざわざここにお金を出して食べにくる価値はないと思います。 （それでも駅の周りに朝から開いているのはドトールくらいしかなさそうだし、こう言う状態でもお金を払って来る人がいるということなのか？） 部屋は狭いけど清潔。 コインランドリーは５階の階段そばにあり、とっても狭いスペースに何とか設置したらしき雰囲気。洗濯機、乾燥機とも一台。 泊まるだけなら問題はないけど、夜に飲んだり食べたりしたいなら本八戸に泊まる方がよいのかなぁ。 でも新幹線利用なら、わざわざ本八戸へ行くのも不便だし、悩みどころかも。

置き場がなく二人には大変狭いけど、寝たらわからない。ただし、もう１個テーブルの広さの置き場があればよかった。散らかっちゃう。乗り換えは便利。寝るだけで満足できるひとならOK。快適性は難しい❗️

入浴後風呂の栓を抜き排水したところ排水溝から湯が溢れバスルーム中が水びたしとなる。翌朝チェックアウト時にフロントに上記状況を申し出たところ状況確認をすることも謝罪することもなくフロントマン二人がポカンとした様子であきれ果てた。最悪の対応！

八戸駅隣接した8階建てのビジネスホテル。駅コンコースからも3階に直結しているが、フロントは4階にあるので階段を1フロア分上る必要がある。2年前に改装されているためロビーや客室にはまだ新しさを感じる。客室は4～8階。部屋の広さや設備はごく普通のビジネスホテル。歯ブラシなどのアメニティは客室内に用意されており、フロント横にはマウスウォッシュや入浴剤なども置いてあった。
