This is a very nicely maintained hotel with excellent staff. The staff was extremely helpful-they even had someone accompany us with the luggage to the ferry port. Good restaurant with lots of different food options. Oh...and the bed was so comfortable! Much appreciated after several nights of very hard beds in other hotel.

Merhaba , 2 gece en üst kattaki kubbe odada kaldık. Tertemizdi ve dekorasyonu çok iyiydi. Girişte çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibardı. Otelin altındaki restoran yemekleri de çok lezzetli ve büyük porsiyonlu idi.

Yapımı 1920 lerde olan otel oldukça şık ve güzel. Birçok şehir otelinde konakladım, Bandırma palas sıralamada oldukça yukarıda yer alır. Delux odada konakladık geniş ve ferah, oda temizliği oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Sabah kahvaltısı da yeterli ve güzel. Konum olarak şehrin tam merkezinde.

Şehir merkezinde çok şık dekore edilmiş güzel bir turistik otel görünümünde. Bandırma gibi turizm açısından değerli bir yerleşim merkezimize yakışır görünüme sahip. İçeri girdiğinizde sizi güzel bir restoran karşılıyor. Bol çeşitli harika bir bar da iştah açıcı. Ancak bu güzellikleri bir anda yok eden zihniyetleri ile “ramazanda içki satmıyoruz” söylemleri bence herşeyi yıkıyor. Yazık

Bandirma Palas hotel is very nice, neat, and clean with a lot of history. Great location, short walk to the sea front. The area is surrounded by all kind of restaurants and shops… The hotel is very quiet with nice, friendly, and cooperative staff. I thank all hotel staff and I do really appreciate all restaurant and coffee shop staff for their excellent services provided with a big SMILE during our stay at this lovely hotel. See you very soon.. Definitely recommended….

Eskişehir'den 1 gece için konaklamak için geldik, kedimi de getirdik evcil hayvan konusunda hem resepsiyonist bey hem de Nurgül hanım çok hassas yaklaştı. oda temizlik hijyen konusunda muazzam.. kahvaltı harika.. karşılama da Nurgül hanım ve kader hanım hem Güleryüz hem de hayvanlar konusunda ki hassasiyeti inanılmaz güzel. kalibre olarak 5 yıldızı hak eden bir otel ve personel.. garson arkadaşlarda çok kibar ve sevecenler, hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum saygılarımı sunuyorum, şehir dışı odaklı gelinecek bir otel arıyorsanız direk kapıdan girin ve odanıza geçin. Eskişehir'den selamlar.. :)

Sabah resepsiyona yıkanması için kıyafet bıraktım ama maalesef unutulmuş yıkanma işi !!! Önemli bir toplantım olduğu için ütü hizmeti istedim ama onu yerine ütü masası ve ütü odama getirildi Servis çok kötü. Yaklaşık 1 saat içinde tek çay içebildim. Halen de otelde kalıyorum. Odamda resepsiyonu arayacağım telefon yok. Yemekler servis edilirken masada gerekli malzeme var mı kontrol edilmedi. Bir siparişi 3 kez farklı çalışanlara tekrarladım da alabildim. Masanın temizliği bile yapılmadan servis açıldı. Toplanınca da servis yapılmadı. Bunun yoğunluk ile alakası yok. Çalışanların eğitimi tam verilmemiş anlaşılan. Bakalım çayımı bekliyorum gelecek mi acaba meraktayım
