At the unmanned reception, you are supposed to enter your PIN number on the touch panel, but you have to call the number that says "If you have business with us, please contact us here" to get the PIN number. I wish they would tell you from the beginning that if you are checking in, you should call here.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station and there were plenty of places to eat, and the room had been renovated and was much nicer than I imagined from the outside, but for some reason there were two single beds. The shower room was very small, the water temperature was lukewarm, and the water flow and pressure were weak. Also, when I checked in and checked out, there was no one at the front desk, and even though I rang the doorbell, no one came out, so I was very nervous because it was almost time for my train.
